Chris Gann and his staff do excellent work and are very good at spotting the defects that Car Dealerships lack. I have had service work done at Killian Auto now for many years and will continue to use their services. A recent experience with my Grandson and his vehicle at a local dealership in Loganville solidified my thoughts. If you need any service performed, go to Chris at Killian Auto Service. They do not try to rob you like some car dealerships do. Thanks Chris and Killian Auto for all that you do to maintain autos in good shape.

Chris, the owner has been a family friend since I was a kid! I live in Atlanta now and I still take my car here for everything. All my services have been quick and painless thanks to his great staff and expertise.

I was VERY pleased with our experience with Chris at Killian Auto. My company had a service technician stranded nearby, both him and myself are from different states (me-Alabama and him-South Carolina). This would have been a good opportunity for someone to take advantage of our situation, but Chris treated us fairly and honestly and got our service technician back on the road very quickly. I would recommend this company to ANYONE! Especially an out-of-state stranded motorist :)

Chris has serviced our vehicles for several years and today's experience was no exception to his above-and-beyond service. My recently purchased "new" used Lexus had a wheel lock that I was unaware of; we were out of town, having dropped off my car, and Chris and his staff took the car to an authorized dealer, bought the appropriate lock and proceeded with the repair, saving me lots of time and effort. Chris and his guys are the only people you should ever let work on your car. He always tells the truth and makes sure to take the time to explain what’s happening. He never tries to fix anything unnecessary and he does it right the first time. I tell everyone this is the best place you can go for anything with your car. Last time I had my car dropped off, Chris called me before I had a chance to let him know what was happening... I can’t imagine having better service or a better experience anywhere. Good, genuine, trustworthy people!!!

Hands down best mechanic in Lilburn. I'm a little late on the review because I've been using Chris as my mechanic for years. He's honest, keeps you updated, and does reliable work. I moved about 45 minutes away and still take my vehicles to him. Thanks again Chris for always taking care of my family and friends!

This is the third time I have taken one of my vehicles to Chris and his staff. They're honest, fairly priced, quick, and do a great job. No one could tell me why my 4Runner was make the weird noise that it made. I took it to Chris, and in a short time, he had it diagnosed and fixed at a fair price. Keep up the great work!!!!

Chris is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit (which is a lot), I receive great work at a fair price. They have always been very respectful of my time and worked with me around my busy schedule. However, what impresses me most of all is the honesty he displays on a consistent basis. 2 times now he has surprised me with good news - No work was needed once and less work was need than initially expected on the other. Owner/manager Chris Cann has been a saint to my family in recent years. He tells us exactly what's wrong with the car, gives us options, and does whatever he can to make it affordable. His mechanics are courteous and know what they're doing. I've recommended these guys to everyone. They've never let me down!
